Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund and will have to pay the FULL amount due at the next booking. If the groom is started and cannot be finished due to extreme behaviour decided by the groomer, the owner will be charged 100.00$ for the service whether completed or not. If the owner is unable to locate/produce the cat at the time scheduled you will be charged for the FULL scheduled groom. Finally if their is an incident where your cat has fleas, ticks or is found to have any sort of contagious/infectious condition the groom will be stoped immediately and the owner will be charge for the FULL groom that was scheduled as well as 100.00$ in fumigation fees.
